Yoga Sequence to get a Quicker Pop-Up
The quicker your pop up, the quicker you get to your feet, and the quicker you can get into the critical section of the wave.
Most surfers — regardless of their level and experience — want to get a quicker pop up.
The problem is that tight hips and a tight back can lead to an awkward pop-up.
Below you’ll see one of my favorite sequences to stretch your hips and your back and work on your coordination to get to you to your feet faster.
